MULTI-STATE CCW/WP/WC LICENSING

MD HQL (4 hrs)

A MD resident must possess a valid Handgun Qualification License (HQL) before they may purchase, rent, or receive/transferring a handgun. Unless otherwise exempt as of Oct 1, 2013

MD CCW (16 hrs)

Before you may legally wear and carry a regulated firearm, you must possess and maintain on your person the MSP issued Handgun Wear and Carry Permit

UT CCW (4 hrs)

UT issues concealed carry permits to both residents and non residents and has reciprocity with 36 states
